The College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist with the development of a performance management system for the College’s Registrar and CEO. The purpose of the performance management system is to provide a practical, meaningful and cost-effective performance management system for the Board’s oversight role of the leadership of the organization. The Human Resources Committee, made up of Board members, has been tasked by the Board to oversee the development of this system.
