Description

Trillium Health Partners ("THP") has issued a Request For Proposal ("RFP") for both the Credit Valley Hospital Site and the Mississauga Hospital Site. THP is seeking a cafe for both Sites. THP is also seeking four food/retail tenants for the Credit Valley Hospital Site.

Details of uses, sizes, one-time Capital Cost Contributions and other lease terms for each space as well as site plans and floor plans for both hospitals are set out in the RFP document.

Proposals are due by not later than 3:00 p.m. EST on December 16, 2021.

In order to submit a proposal, you must attend a mandatory site visit, which will be held multiple times daily at Mississauga Hospital Site on one of November 15 and 18, 2021 and at the Credit Valley Hospital Site on November 16 and 17, 2021.
