This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a tensile testing tool for the newly formed WearBioTech facility to produce the next generation of smart interactive wearable devices, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars. This tool will be used by a variety of users and should be able test a variety of materials from highly flexible to rigid. Testing methods include extension, torsion, and compression abilities. The capability to test weak and strong materials that can be in a variety of shapes and sizes is required
