Description

SFU Residence & Housing seek a licensed contractor to remove existing window coverings and hardware, provide and install new window coverings and hardware, and remain available and accessible for repair, maintenance, replacement and other services related to window treatments as needed.
The new window treatments must be commercially available on an ongoing basis for future applications and replacement of damaged product.
A product currently under consideration for similar applications is cord-looped, double-cell honeycomb shades with or without a slide view. An alternate product of equivalent quality and value would be considered.
99 townhouse quad units, 201 single rooms, and 6 lounges; total approx.1133 window coverings.
