The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite prospective proponents with a successful track record of providing Construction Management services to submit proposals to Simon Fraser University for the provision of Construction Management services for the SFU Burnaby Campus Student Residences Development Phase 2. The Phase 2 Residences Project consists of a 12-storey tower, a 4-storey low-rise building, a 2-storey entrance lobby, and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the existing parkade south of the Project site.
The successful Proponent(s) will be required to develop a fast-track implementation schedule for the Project and coordinate their efforts and those of the Integrated Project Team (Architect / Engineering Consultants / Construction Manager / University) so as to meet the substantial completion deadline.
Expected Substantial Completion is June 30th, 2022.
