Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Simon Fraser University (“SFU”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an Electronic Signature (“eSignature”) Solution for Simon Fraser University as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

The selected electronic signature solution is expected to improve the information security posture of the University, assure responsible governance, promote and facilitate cultural change from paper processes to electronic processes and reduce operational costs by automating manual signature processes and improving the agility of the University business processes at a reasonable cost.

The overall project goal of this RFP is to identify and procure an eSignature solution for the whole University in the long run, however, initially, the eSignature will only be used by select few SFU Departments.
