We are looking for a Mask Aligner and Wafer Bonder to be housed in our open-access Fabrication Facility at 4D LABS. The systems should have been designed for low-to-medium scale research and development. They need to be flexible systems to allow for a wide range of materials to be used. The instruments should be designed for use in a multi-user facility with low service requirements. The systems must be simple to operate. The aligner and wafer bonder will be used together and need to be compatible.
