SFU is seeking a Deep Reactive Ion Etcher (DRIE) to be housed in our open-access Fabrication Facility at 4D LABS. The system should have been designed for low-to-medium scale research and development. It needs to be a flexible system to allow for a wide range of materials to be used. The instrument should be designed for use in a multi-user facility with low service requirements. The system must be simple to operate.
