Description

Deliverables

SFU invites proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of 400 compact fridges for Phase II residence buildings located on SFU’s Burnaby Campus.

SFU wants an equivalent compact fridge to the GE model # GDE03GLKLB. The compact fridge offered should have the following specifications.

Approximately 3.1 Cubic Feet
Separated Fridge and Freezer
Stainless Steel finish
Energy Star rated

See Appendix E for additional compact fridge specifications.

The provision of the Deliverables will be governed by the terms and conditions set out in Appendix A – Purchase Order Standard Conditions of Acceptance.

Material Disclosures

Due to budget constraints, SFU may not be able to purchase all the items requested. SFU may purchase the additional items from the selected Proponent when funding becomes available.

Due to Supply Chain constraints, SFU may purchase from more than one supplier.

Installation of the compact fridges in the residences is tentatively scheduled for December 2022.

SFU is aware that these timelines may change depending on delivery of equipment and delays in Construction.

SFU reserves the right to reject any alternative products and may ask the Proponents for samples.
