2022-LS-303 - ACAN Quantum Orchestration Platform

SFU has a requirement for a Quantum Orchestration Platform.
It is SFU’s intention to award a contract for this source to Quantum Machines.

Submission of a Statement of Capabilities
Suppliers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the system described in the ACAN within the specified time frame and budget, may respond with a Statement of Capabilities, in writing to the SFU contact identified in this notice, on or before the response deadline of this ACAN. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the supplier meets or exceeds the minimum essential requirements.
The Statement of Capabilities must be submitted to laura_simonsen@sfu.ca.

Minimum Essential Requirements
Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a Statement of Capabilities that the integrated system meets the following requirements at the price noted below within the time frame specified:

The proposed system must:

1. Capable of generating two (2) 18 GHz output signals, two (2) additional 400 MHz output signals and receiving two (2) 400 MHz input signals.
2. Must be able to track the phase of a signal throughout multiple operations, without oscillators.
3. Must be able to generate signals that change in frequency while retaining phase information.
4. Must have a simulation tool to allow complex pulse sequences to be previewed and verified by users.
5. Must be programmable in an open-source python package environment.

1. Ongoing basic remote technical support
2. Twelve (12) months of warranty from the date of delivery

1. For a price equal or below 126,635 CAD after educational discount and in-kind contribution and before taxes and customs fees.
2. With an in-kind contribution of at least 20% of the total before taxes and customs fees.
3. For delivery and completed installation and integration at SFU within twenty-five (25) weeks of the order date.
