Description

SFU needs to purchase an Infrared Microscope and its accessories for the main purpose of inspecting silicon microsystems. The system will be used to see through silicon thin and thick films (0.1µm to 500µm) as needed for the inspection of the structures during and post fabrication.

It is SFU’s intention to award a contract to Seiwa Optical Inc. to purchase the Infrared Microscope.

Suppliers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the system described in the ACAN, may respond with a Statement of Capabilities, in writing to the SFU contact identified in this notice, on or before the response deadline of this ACAN. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the supplier meets the minimum essential requirements.
