• Start Construction May 1, 2018
• Tentative Construction Period (14 weeks) – May 1, 2018- August 3, 2018

•            34 Suites and corridor on 11th Floor
•            47 Suites and corridor on the 4th floor
•            9 Suites on the 7th floor, , only require Acrovyn to be re-done in corridor.

Total scope of work 90 suites, 2 corridors and 1 partial corridor
