At Seneca College, the Leadership and Employee Development (LED) and the Centre for Teaching & Learning (CTL) are responsible for the strategy, development, design and delivery of all professional development initiatives for all employees (~4,300 full time, part time, contract | faculty, support staff, administrators).
Seneca College is rquesting proposal for a new Learning Management System that should include:
· be easy to use; and be able to integrate well with the Seneca Blackboard portal;
· support employee access to internal, external and live learning;
· integrate seamlessly with Seneca's PeopleSoft HCM and IT infrastructure;
· provide employees and managers with dashboards and reporting options;
· be able to produce reports at the employee, department and organizational level to support Organizational Development, career planning and employee engagement;
· have the ability to organize content into learning streams that employees can be proactively assigned to based on their roles at Seneca;
· fully support accessibility in compliance with the Accessbility for Ontarions with Disabilities Act (AODA)
