RFSQ 78 - 601 -SK - Enterprise Storage Array

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to qualify and become a Supplier of a Multi-Supplier Agreement (“Agreement”) for the provision of of Enterprise Storage Array.  Seneca will establish one vendor of record (VOR) list which will be used all projects up to $1,000,000 in Project value.
 
This VOR list, with a roster of a maximum of three (3) suppliers , will be established for a three year time period. Seneca will be selecting firms of various sizes to meet the needs of Seneca College. Seneca reserves the right to remove proponents on the VOR for poor performance.  Seneca will be using a supplier management process to provide feedback to VOR proponents by completing a scorecard after each completed assignment. Submission forms deemed incomplete will result in disqualification.
