Description

Seneca is embarking on a Mobile Strategy both for administrative and academic purposes. The college is seeking assistance in software, support, maintenance and training for an Enterprise Mobility Management solution. As an overview, the solution requirements include:
·        An Enterprise Mobility Management solution (cloud based preferred) that includes the following general abilities:
§ Mobile device and endpoint provisioning – easy provisioning to include apps/content based on user profile
§ Endpoint Security – enhanced security when accessing Seneca materials and ensuring endpoints have the latest security updates
§ Endpoint Management – keeping track of mobile devices and endpoints for upgrade purposes and providing remote assistance including remote lock/wipe for lost phones.
§ Mobile Application Management – distribute Seneca mobile apps and endpoint apps and updates automatically
§ Mobile Content Management – securing documents for use with expiration and other DRM (Digital Rights Management) features
§ Container management for separate employee and student BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) mobile devices as well as future endpoint devices
·        Software provisioning and configuration and based on requirements
·        Technical Support and Training
