Proposals are invited from Chartered Professional Accountants and accounting firms who are licensed under the Public Accountancy Act, have world-wide experience, and experience in providing audit services to Ontario government and not-for-profit agencies including demonstrate ability to indent, manage and provided services meeting the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA) and other applicable legislation with respect to matter of accounting in the public sector.
