Description

The vendor will be responsible for the overall management and day to day operation of the
RCM’s cafeteria food services operation which includes providing all necessary services such
as menu development, cafeteria operation including staffing, providing a variety of healthy
breakfast, lunch, grab and go food service options, catering and the provision of vending
machines, in accordance to the RCM’s needs and requirements.
