Description

The RCM is seeking to identify potential proponents to provide a B2C, OmniChannel Commerce solution that provides real time integration to Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O) (e.g. product, customer, order and inventory management), and marketing automation.
The OmniChannel Commerce platform will enable a personalized, multi-channel experience that facilitates access to products, services, search, and content with a responsive design.
