Description

The RCM is undertaking a business and digital transformation, to enhance business capabilities and replace systems that are nearing end of life. This includes replacing RCM’s current Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) 2015 system and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (“D365”) including the Customer Engagement (“CE”), Retail, Finance and Operations (“F&O”) products and associated systems.
By this open Notice of Planned Procurement (“NPP”), the RCM is inviting experienced, financially stable and capable vendors to submit their interest in participating in a competitive procurement process for D365 implementation and support services as well as business expert professional consulting services.
