Description

By this open Notice of Planned Procurement (NPP), the RCM is inviting experienced vendors to submit their interest in responding to a Request for Information (RFI) and/or subsequent Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) for an online/web-based employee survey platform and related professional consultation services. The objective of the RFI is to engage the vendor community for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements for a subsequent NRFP.
