OVERVIEW OF REQUIREMENTS
The bulk liquid gases for the RCM Ottawa facility are used for the production and refinery areas and include the following three bulk liquid gases in their processes: Nitrogen, Argon, and Oxygen. The RCM will be seeking a safe and cost effective means of supply for these gases onsite. Purity of gas is important and having an uninterrupted, low maintenance and reliable supply of the bulk gases are critical requirements to the RCM. Offsite remote monitoring of the gas consumption by the supplier is considered a key service to be provided by the selected supplier/s.
The suppliers will be expected to propose possible solutions including sizing of tanks, horizontal tanks, and gas generation, with their subsequent RFP response.
The term of the contracts are estimated to be ten (10) years.
The suppliers may quote on all three gases or the individual gases in the subsequent selection process.
