By this open Notice of Planned Procurement (NPP), the RCM is inviting experienced vendors to submit their interest in responding to a Request for Information (RFI) and/or subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) for audio and visual services. The objective of the RFI is to engage the vendor community for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements for a subsequent RFP.
