Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a preferred vendor to provide on-going support services for Oracle software, Oracle Database Appliances (ODAs), and Linux VMware servers. The successful proponent shall provide consulting and professional services related to design, deployment, upgrades, system configurations, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and monitoring pertaining to a variety of Oracle technologies, to the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department. The successful proponent should have the expertise to support RDC’s ITS team with their Banner ERP system, implemented on three (3) ODAs and Linux VMware servers. Support may be in the form of specific project work for implementation or post implementation work.
