Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a Lean Six Sigma Consultant to conduct a series of projects focusing on business process re-engineering at RDC. RDC anticipates that there will be approximately two (2) to ten (10) institutional projects during the initial term of the contract. Prior to commencing work, the successful proponent will meet with the RDC selected leadership team to review the scope of these institutional projects for the initial term of the contract.
