Red Deer College (RDC)’s fleet of Bizhub C360 multi-function printers are reaching end of life and need to be replaced. These multi-function printers have functionalities such as printing, copying, scanning, and digital data sharing (i.e. fax/in boxes/folders). This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by RDC to explore sourcing and service options to support distributed printing, copying, scanning, and fax including maintenance and support services.
At minimum, RDC is seeking recommendations for the supply, delivery, installation, support and servicing of thirty-eight (38) new multifunctional printers. However, RDC is also taking this opportunity to examine our overall distributed print service to establish a long term strategy.
The issuance of this RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for bids/proposals, award a contract or pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this RFI. It is a request for information only and is not binding on either RDC or the respondents.
The information provided in the RFI is subject to change. RDC has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become the property of RDC and will not be returned.
