Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a flooring contractor to perform general flooring services (supply and installation) to existing and new buildings on an “as and when required” basis, under the direction of RDC’s Campus Management department.

The RDC locations in Red Deer, AB for which services may be required include, but are not limited to:

RDC Main Campus and supporting grounds at 100 College Boulevard;
Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre/ Centre des Jeux du Canada Gary W Harris (“Canada Games Centre”) at 120 College Circle;
Existing and New Residences, Red Deer, Alberta;
Donald School of Business at 4909 49th Street (Millennium Centre) subject to the leased portions of the third, fourth and fifth floor; and
Welikoklad Event Centre at 4922 49th Street.
