200490 - Degree Audit Software System

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a Degree Audit Software System (“DAS”). The DAS must be commercially available prior to the Submission Deadline.

The scope of services for DAS includes, but is not limited to:

1. Initial software license for either a RDC client-hosted or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution;
2. Professional services for design, implementation, configuration and project management (if applicable) working in conjunction with RDC’s technical and functional teams. The successful proponent will be required to advise RDC on how the data can be cleaned before it is uploaded.
3. Administrator and user training, including training materials and documentation;
4. On-going software support and maintenance for a specified time period. This may include, but is not limited to, a service line that RDC can call for assistance, a service email, a self-service web portal, and/or a dedicated representative. In addition, the DAS should be maintained with the current version. On-going software support and maintenance would be required throughout the specified time period.
