Red Deer College (RDC) is exploring how a contract management software system (“CMS”) could create value and efficiencies for the institution. The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to gain an understanding of the types of CMS and their functionality that are currently available in the market. The CMS would need to be scalable to suit the various needs of the institution from the enterprise level.
