22005081 - Town Office Landscaping

Options to replace the stairs and wheelchair ramp, re landscape with proper drainage, a new option for accessing the two front entrances to the Town office with retaining wall and proper wheelchair access, plans and construction costs to complete project. Some items are to remain in their current location, - Town of Black Diamond Municipal office sign, the Event sign, the large tree to the East of the office and the Time capsule located in front of the office. Trees and shrubs in corner of stairs and wheelchair ramp can be relocated to another part of the landscape design if needed. Trees can be moved to accommodate wheelchair accessibility, connection to pathway for back parking lot is required.
Proposals will be judged on best value of the proposed landscape design including drainage, upper and lower entrance access, meeting all requirements for wheelchair accessibility, cost for the project and experience of the company/reputation, and the lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
The Town of Black Diamond has its COR and requires the winning proposal company to follow all guidelines - Copy of insurance, WCB clearance letter and Town of Black Diamond Business license are required prior to construction of winning proposal.
