Description

Provide landscaping and turf maintenance services at fifteen EPS sites on a weekly basis and on a rush basis as needed. To ensure high quality services are provided a dedicated supervisor to the work is required for this contract. Open communication is expected between Contractor and EPS and the Contractor and Contractors' employees. Site appearance at each EPS location is to exhibit as a well maintained, immaculate landscaped property and represent the City in a positive light.
