Description:
The Greater Miramichi Service Commission (GMSC) invites proposals from qualified firms to establish immediate priorities and long-term strategies for the development of an accessible, affordable, and available transportation system for the Greater Miramichi Region. This initiative may integrate with provincial transportation planning and involves comprehensive needs assessment, strategic planning, and the development of financing and operational tools.

Scope of Services:
Comprehensive needs assessment.
Strategic planning and inventory creation.
Alignment with regional and local strategic frameworks.
Development of financing plans and operational tools.
Proposal Submission:
Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to the contact person via email by the closing date and time. Proposals must be signed by an authorized company official.

Additional Information:
Proposals must be submitted in English.
The GMSC is not obligated to accept the lowest or any proposal.
