TRUCKS, SNOW REMOVAL, EQUIPMENT
This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Heavy Equipment for Snow Removal. This will include the purchase of a dual axle tandem truck, as well as the seasonal rental of a wheel loader with bucket and snow blade and a single arm boom skid steer with tracks and a snow bucket. These will be used for the plowing and removal of snow at the Campbellton Regional Hospital site of Vitalité Health
Network, as further described in Appendix D - ITT Deliverables. This ITT is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and Regulation 2014-93 thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the ITT and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the ITT.
