190062 - Cafeteria Food Services - Cranbrook Main Campus

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by College of the Rockies (College) to obtain proposals from qualified Food Services Contractors capable of providing food and beverage service operations for our Cranbrook Main Campus Cafeteria at 2700 College Way, Cranbrook, BC. The College is looking for a Contractor that will align with and support the strategic goals and values of the College in the delivery of food service on campus. At College of the Rockies, we embrace and support a culture of inclusion, diversity and community building with students from over 40 countries, employees and our surrounding local community. We are interested in Contractors that will complement this culture.

Mandatory Site Visit will be held at 3:00 pm (Mountain Time) on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the front entrance of the Cafeteria at 2700 College Way in Cranbrook, BC. Note: Attendance is mandatory. Oral questions will be allowed at the Site Visit, however, questions of a complex nature, or questions where the Proponent requires anonymity, should be forwarded in writing, prior to the visit, to the College’s Contact person designated above. Interested proponents are requested to return the Confirmation of Attending the Mandatory Site Visit Form via email to Dianne Teslak before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on March 15, 2024 indicating their intention of attending the Site Visit.
