This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") provides an opportunity for proponents ("Proponents") to submit proposals ("Proposals") for review and, depending on the City's evaluation of proposals, among other factors, to potentially negotiate with the City to into into a property management agreement to work with the Non Market Operations ("NMHO") staff in operating the newly constructed City-owned 83 social housing units located within an Air Space Parcel in a mixed use development at 1482 Robson Street (the "Landmark").
