Mandatory Site Visit by Appointment
Before submitting a Proposal, Proponents must visit the site to determine the full extent of the scope of work involved in the Project. The Proponent shall not claim any extra costs for not determining the requirements and not including all costs in their Pricing. Proponents can schedule a site visit no later than Friday, February 9, 2024, with Purchasing Agent. Proposals will only be accepted from Proponents that attended a site visit. The site visit will give the Proponents the opportunity
to view current police and emergency vehicles.

Local Government is seeking qualified and experienced Proponents to submit Proposal for the removal and replacement of emergency equipment from an outdated unit to be installed in new equipment.
