Description

The Corporation of the Township of Langley (the “ Township”) is seeking responses to a Request for Expression of Interest (“ EOI”) from parties interested in leasing and developing a plot of land located at Lot #44, 21330 56 Avenue (the ” Premises”). Any potential party must put the land and future hangar to the highest and best use that will benefit the community.

The successful respondent must sign a long-term airport lease agreement, which includes a lease rate and all additional charges such as building maintenance, utilities, taxes, insurance charges etc. All ongoing costs of maintaining the Premises will be the responsibility of the lessee for the duration of the term.
