Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4716074121_W7701-247885 dated July 29, 2024 with a closing of August 23, 2024 at 2 PM. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of certified Rolled Homogenous Armour (RHA) steel plate of various thickness including delivery located in Quebec, Québec, Canada), as detailed in Annex Requirement.
