Description

The MD of Bighorn is issuing this Request For Proposal to select an Architect or Architectural Firm registered with the Alberta Association of Architects, as Prime Design Consultant for the proposed new Operations Facility in Exshaw, Alberta. The Prime Design Consultant's team will provide professional services including pre-design, concept design, design development, construction documentation, construction contract administration and project close-out. It is anticipated that subconsultants that will be required are, but not limited to, interior designer, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, energy modeling, civil engineer, landscape architect and cost consultant.
