Description

1) The first mowing Unit required is a full-time mower for summer use. A minimum 72-inch front mount deck mower with preferred rear discharge ,4-wheel drive with ROPs with a sunshade if available. See specs later in the document.

2) The second unit, A 4-wheel drive with an all-season cab with mower deck and snow blade. Capable of clearing snow on narrow 48” sidewalks and mow steep 18-degree slopes preferred. With the ability to accept more attachments as needed. Please see the specs below.
