Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Submissions from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of Outdoor Holiday Lights and Lighting Features .

The purpose of this RFEI is to: a) invite Submissions from Respondents that describe the desire, relevant expertise, capability and resources of the Respondent for:
• Custom design and manufacturing of light features/fixtures
• Supply (for purchase and/or rental) of equipment/features/fixtures
• Installation & removal of equipment on City property
• Planning & design services (as needed)
• Repairs of equipment (as needed) b) to select a Respondent or Respondents who may be invited to participate in the next stage of the competitive selection process, if the City elects to continue to a RFP stage.
