Description

The Province requires the services of a Contractor to complete grass cutting and trimming at Garner Lake Provincial Park in accordance with the General Standards and Guidelines – Landscape Services set out in Appendix E.
Garner Lake Provincial Park is located in 50 km east of Smoky Lake on Hwy. 28 and 5 km north of Spedden on access road. This Park has a lake ideal for canoeing and kayaking, as well as fishing and swimming. There are 5 kilometres of trails for walking and cycling and a grassy playground area. Facilities include basic and power campsites, shower facilities, a boat launch, fish cleaning stands, potable water, picnic shelters and a sewage dumping area.

A Proponent information session has been scheduled to provide an opportunity for questions or clarification regarding this RFP’s requirements.

The Province recommends that written questions be submitted to the Contracting Manager in advance so that comprehensive answers can be given at the session.

Attendance at the session is mandatory with the exception of proponents who have held the contract in previous years.

The Province will post all written questions and answers arising from the Proponent information session on APC.
