Project Description:
As a response to the feedback from the supplier community The City no longer intends to move forward with the previously posted Notice of Intent (NOI) 23-074 for a psychometric assessment tool and now plans to post a competitive opportunity for the services described in the near future.

The People & Culture (P&C), Human Resources division at The City requires a
psychometric assessment that employs a holistic and dynamic model which recognizes the fluid and adaptable nature of human behavior. A tool that measures traits along a continuum, representing a spectrum of preferences and behaviors.

The psychometric assessment should show that individuals can exhibit a range of behaviors and preferences depending on the context, circumstances, and environment. By using a continuum, the assessment needs to capture the complexity and richness of human personality, providing a more accurate and comprehensive portrayal of individuals' preferences and behaviors across various dimensions and environments.

The psychometric assessment must also offer a suite of products covering a range of areas such as communication, team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.
