Description

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEI”) is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for entering an “Operator Lease” with the District of Taylor. Based on these Responses, in accordance with the terms of this RFEI, The District of Taylor anticipate they will select Respondents to participate in the next stage of the selection process, the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) stage. From which depending on the Responses received, The District of Taylor will select a Proponent form the RFP to negotiate an Operator Lease.

Interested parties are invited to atend a non-mandatory site visit and tour the facility scheduled for:
