Pleasant Meadow Manor is an existing 61 bed long-term care home located in Norwood Ontario. The home is undergoing a modernization and expansion from a 61 bed facility, to a 96 bed long-term care home. The existing building is a wood frame, slab on grade structure, with a sloped roofs. Exterior walls are clad in architectural concrete block masonry veneer. The interior is undergoing a substantial renovation, the existing building is approximately 29,000 square feet, the proposed addition will be approximately 34,000 square feet. It will be a two-storey, masonry bearing wall with coreslab structure, slab on grade, with a flat roof and 2 new elevators.

This project is available for public bidding via the Pomerleau Inc Public Plan Room.
