Description

Pomerleau Inc., acting as a Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is pleased to invite you to bid on the Temporary Scaffolding & Platforms Work.

Bidders interested in participating in this call for post tender shall be required to obtain all plans, specifications, and tender documents from the Building Connected platform, subject to the applicable conditions of the site. For access to the tender documents, please submit a request via email to bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca.

There won’t be any site visit for this tender. This project requires Union installation and Reliability Clearance.

For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Mike McCaffrey, by email to mike.mccaffrey@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than two (2) days before the tendering deadline.

No formal site visit is scheduled. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
Tenders will be submitted according to the following instructions:

Submission date: Wednesday September 6, 2023 at 15:00 EST

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and social distancing policies, Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by
the Construction Manager electronically via:

· the Building Connected platform; or,
