General Description of Work:
This tender package covers three (3) type of concrete finishing/protection: Liquid traffic coatings, hot applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane and asphalt paving. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package TP15-PARKING GARAGE MEMBRANE SYSTEMS, refer to the instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.
Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is revised to August 15, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Site Visit:
An optional site visit has been scheduled on July 19, 2018 at 13:30 EST at the following location: 140 Wellington Street outside the main entrance. Please confirm the names and date of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantel Roy (email: chantel.roy@pomerleau.ca) before July 16, 2018 at13:00 EST.
Security Requirement:
The Subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Subcontractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, EACH hold a valid Personnel Security Screening at the level of SITE ACCESS granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
