General Description of Work:
To undertake a full replacement of the Valour Building's underground garage slabs including: New mechanical and electrical equipment, masonry walls and pavement. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package TP#08-ASPHALT PAVING, refer to the Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as June 21, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Direct questions to Construction Manager (CM) by email only. Direct all questions to Bob Badr (bob.badr@pomerleau.ca). The subject line of all email correspondence regarding this tender package must begin by "#P09C-TP#08-ASPHALT PAVING".

Site Visit:
An optional site visit has been scheduled on June 13, 2018 at 11:00 EST at the following location:
