General Description of Work:
To provide the construction site security guard services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the duration of the project. The purpose of these services is to ensure site security, prevent public intrusion, theft, vandalism and hourly site walkthroughs. For a more detailed scope of work, specifically for tender package TP#16 -SECURITY, refer to the Instruction to Bidders, Section 00 21 16 of this Tender Package.
Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as October 10, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Security Requirement:
The subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Goverment Services Canada (PWGSC).
