Description

General Description of Work:
Replace existing roof build-up and demolish penthouse siding. The scope includes replacing hatches, roof drains and associated electrical and mechanical work. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package TP#01 - ROOFING, refer to the Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as December 13, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Questions:
Direct questions to Construction Manager (CM) by email only. Direct all questions to Bob Badr Bob.Badr@pomerleau.ca before December 7, 2018 before 14:00 EST. The subject line of all email correspondence regarding this tender package must begin by “#P07L-TP01- ROOFING”.

Security Requirement:
The Subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, at minimum hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

Schedule:
All activities are to be scheduled Saturday to Wednesday with demolition during week-ends only.
