General Description of Work:
To upgrade existing rooms at 197 Spark St. for additional IT infrastructure. The project scope includes new electrical and mechanical installations complete with new partitions, flooring and paint. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package # TP#02 -Mechanical, refer to the Instruction to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.
Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as been revised to August 23, 2018 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.
Questions:
Direct questions to Construction Manager (CM) by email only. Direct all questions to Bob Badr (bob.badr@pomerleau.ca) before August 10, 2018 before 14:00 EST. The subject line of all email correspondence regarding this tender package must begin by "#P06K-TP#02-MECHANICAL".
Site Visit:
A MANDATORY site visit has been scheduled on August 9, 218 at 10:00 EST at the following location: 197 Spark St. in the main lobby. Please confirm the names and date of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantel Roy (email: chantel.roy@pomerleau.ca) before August 3, 2018 at 11:00 EST.
Security Requirement:
The subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract /Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
